The Manufactory community has lost a great asset. With much sadness we mourn the passing of our long time friend and member, Glenn Warner. If you’ve ever met Glenn, you would remember him. Behind Glenn’s unique beard was a soft spoken wisdom that you needed to hear and his country boy demeanor could not mask his brilliance.
Best known to our members as the genius behind the very successful Gorillamaker 3D printers. His unique 3D printers are proudly owned by numerous big name institutions including NASA and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Glenn often used Manufactory equipment to manufacture parts for his printers. More recently Glenn was the brains behind Physna, the publishers of cutting edge 3D analysis software which has been called the “Google of 3D models”.
We wish to express or condolences to his wife Shelley and all his family and friends during this time of sorrow. The Manufactory community will dearly miss him. May you Rest in Peace my friend.
