Floor Plan
Our 17,000 sq. ft. workshop features multiple rooms divided by purpose. The spaces contain an array of equipment and tools for use by members. The selection is much larger than could be found in any home workshop and is more varied than can be found only in the largest factories.

Tours
Tours are available any time during normal business hours. Tours typically take about 20 minutes.
Occasionally we may close up to one hour early if no members are present in the space.

Spaces
Need space to store and work on your projects, or office space for your business? The Manufactory offers several options to fill your needs. Our spaces can be rented for as short as a month, longer term commitments have lower rates. Contact our staff for availability and details. Spaces are only available to active Manufactory members.
Office Spaces
Spaces ranging from 135-259 sq. ft. offer the opportunity to have your office in a professional environment. Convenient access to The Manufactory workshops provides the atmosphere of industry with your offices in the front of the building and your production facilities in the back.
Studio Spaces
These mini workshops give you a private place to work with a lockable door. Currently we have three 10′ x 10′ spaces with plans to add larger ones in the future. Each space is well lit with electrical and compressed air outlets. A workbench with a vice can be added for a small additional charge.
Open Workspace
Need something more flexible. Subject to availability, open workspaces can be designed for your use. These spaces are simply designated areas taped off on the floor and can be made in a shape that best suits your needs and is charged by the square foot. Minimum size 50 sq. ft.
Lockers
Lockable, large school style lockers and double door cabinets can be rented for storage of your projects and tools.

Store
An on-site convenience store for makers. It will offer a wide variety of supplies and tools suitable for use to build your projects.
- Tooling: All the blades, bits and other sharp goodies that do the work for you.
- Materials: An assortment of steel, aluminum, other metals and plastics. We will also have specialty items such as plastic for the 3D printer and vinyl for the vinyl cutter.
- Fasteners: A collection of bolts, screws, nuts and nails that rivals a hardware store.
- Hard parts: A variety of used motors, pumps, gearmotors, etc. that can be had at bargain prices, all guaranteed to work!
